Zion Church, February 11-13, 2025, in Mobile, Al. must agree to the following terms and conditions:1. BOOTH REQUEST: The above-named business owner or representative agrees to pay the A.M.E. Zion Church said amount, by the date listed above, per Exhibit Space. Set up day is Monday, February 10, 2025, starting at 11:00 AM. The Vendor Market Place will be open from Tuesday, February 11 – Thursday, February 13, 2025. All Vendor booths must be disassembled and removed on Thursday, February 13, 2025, by 10:00 PM.2. Specific Booth Request Request a corner space (if applicable) Request a booth assignment near/next to another exhibitor *Must list business name and contact of other party. In addition, full payment must be received from both parties for this consideration. Additional Exhibitor’s Name:3. Booth spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis according to receipt and verification of payment and application. Corner spaces are limited and not guaranteed.4. Payment (in full) is due upon submission of this contract. Acceptable methods of payment are: Certified Check, Money Order, and Credit Cards.5. Exhibit Space Contents: Space includes: (1) draped 6ft table, (2) chairs, and a waste basket all of which should be found in good condition at the close of the convention.6. All exhibitors must agree to adhere to the A.M.E. Zion Exhibitor Policies and Guidelines, received at Registration upon arrival in Mobile, AL 17. CANCELLATION: In the event the Exhibitor must cancel, 50% of the rate i.e. ($200) will be refunded. This applies to all cancellations made prior to February 7, 2025. Cancellations after this date will not be honored.8. ADDITIONAL FEES: Any additional services required such as electrical connections; telephone connections and other services will require additional fees. Requests for any connection or equipment not mentioned in “Exhibit Space Contents” (refer to #5) above, must be ordered through Stephanie Perry at SDPerry@amezion.orgIn addition, Exhibitor acknowledges that the A.M.E. Zion Church does not maintain insurance covering Exhibitor’s property and that it is the sole responsibility of Exhibitor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance covering such losses by Exhibitor.9. Exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend, and save the A.M.E.
