Communications
The Communications Department of The African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church seeks to change and chronicle virtuous living for life today. This department is responsible for managing The A.M.E. Zion Church's brand and public relations by building and sustaining the legacy of the "Freedom Church," which is known for inspirational worship, impactful ministry, social justice, educational excellence, economic/community development, and personal holiness. This department will coordinate and provide design oversight for the publications issued by the Church to ensure the highest caliber of communications with content and images consistent with a standard of excellence. The department will also issue press releases and manage communications within the public sector and throughout Zion with direction from the Board of Bishops. Fully engaged in the 21st century, this department will manage The Star of Zion website, The Quarterly Review website, the corporate website, AMEZion.org, and our denomination Online Television Network, AMEZ.TV.

The Quarterly Review

The A.M.E. Zion Quarterly Review was established as the Church Quarterly in 1890. It was officially accepted by the Church Board of Publications of the A.M.E. Zion Church in 1892. It is a nonprofit religious journal destined to increase and diffuse matters pertinent to the Ministry and Laity of the Church.
The Missionary Seer

Church School Herald-Journal

The Church School Herald-Journal is a quarterly publication that offers theological insights, home daily Bible readings, musical connections, and special articles based on the quarter's theme. It serves as a companion to the Sunday School literature of The A.M.E. Zion Church and is used by members of the AME Zion denomination for Christian nurture and spiritual growth.
