Executive Director

She received her Associate of Arts Degree in General Business from York Technical College and her Bachelor of Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude) from Strayer University.

Mrs. Dunham is an active member and supporter of Catawba Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church in Catawba, South Carolina where she serves as, Financial Secretary, Secretary of the Steward Board, and a Deaconess. She served as local President of the Women’s Home and Overseas Missionary Society from 1985-1997 and served as District President of the Rock Hill District from 1995-2018, Financial Secretary of the South Carolina Conference and the South Atlantic Episcopal District.

Rosetta was elected the 10th Executive Secretary of the Women’s Home and Overseas Missionary Society at the 25th Quadrennial Convention held in Rochester, New York, August 2003 and was re-elected in 2007, and 2011. During the 28th Quadrennial Convention held in Orlando, Florida the delegation voted to remove the election process of the Executive Secretary and also to change the title to Executive Director. In December of 2015, Mrs. Dunham was hired as the first Executive Director of the Women’s Home and Overseas Missionary Society.

Mrs. Dunham is a strong supporter of her community and has served as a volunteer for local and state agencies.

She is married to James T. Dunham and they are the parents of three adult children and proud grandparents of four grandchildren.
